Sundown Rundown – December 2019

Hey, book lovers!

Holy shite! It’s the end of 2019. This is the last Sundown Rundown of the year! I don’t know about anybody else, but this year has been hard. There’s been a lot of change and I have no qualms with change. When it happens, I have no control over the outcome, just over how I handle it and what I do with it, and that has been tricky. I’m by no means perfect, but I am always working on myself. So, the year has been filled with job changes and a new vehicle and bringing new people into my life as well as leaving a few behind that weren’t good for me.

Am I ready for 2020? No clue. It’s quite a mystery and only hours away. I tend to not make any serious life resolutions. I know what I want and I shot for my goals. However, I love my Book New Year’s Resolution. Those are fun and I’ll be having that for later on in January.

Anyhow, here are the final books of the year that I’ve read this month. If you’ve missed the reviews then here’s your chance to catch up!

Okay, so not very many. The holidays were busy! But! I have many plans and exciting reads coming, one of which is a request from an author from Ireland! I’m very excited. I hope all of you have had a great reading year of new and exciting books and reached outside your typical genre wall. I will see you all in the new year!!

More to come soon…

Thoughts? A book you loved more than others this year? I know I loved Good Omens, A Discovery of Witches, Wicked, and Stargazing at Noon the most! Hell, check out my Top Ten if you haven’t yet. LOL.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
