Midnight Tease – January 2023 – The Scarlet Reader

Hey there, book cult!

It’s a brand new year!!! I couldn’t be more thrilled about that. A new year is one of those weird refresh moments. It offers up the chance to complete new goals and/or old ones. I may not have accomplished my 75-book goal on Goodreads for 2022, but I’m not giving up. In fact, I’m still finishing up a couple from last year and will continue to have a 75-book goal for 2023. I like to keep my expectations high so I can challenge myself. I’m also extremely excited to get to the new books I got for Christmas so I’m hoping that goal and these books will light a fire under my arse.

Now, it’s the witching hour AKA the best time to read. With that comes my TBR for January. So, grab a little snack and take a scroll to see what I’ll be taking on this month. For some of it, I’m still in the midst of reading and some are still in my To Be Reviewed pile, but there are new reads on the way that I can’t wait to share. There’ll be more Scarlett St. Clair and Stephanie Garber, both of whom are phenomenal authors.
