Hey there, book clan!
Holy crap, it’s April! I don’t if it’s because it felt like March went by too slow or if it’s because we’re already four months into 2022, but I’m feeling a little bit stunned. It’s that feeling of time flying and going slow at the same time. That, or it’s the can of RedBull I downed all in one go about fifteen minutes ago. 😅
Now, if you’re up this late, the perfect reading hour, then you’re a night owl like me. That makes you awesome! And, since you’re up go ahead a take a scroll to check out what’s coming up this month from my TBR.
You’re probably wondering why it is I choose to post my monthly TBR list at midnight. Well, with work and then chores and then life, this became my special hour. The time when I can just relax and be. and who needs sleep anyway!? Sleep is for the weak (so says the person who hates mornings). The midnight hours is my me-time when clarity and inspiration come to life best.

I love SOA. I was pretty excited when I stumbled across this one. Golden has done some epic TV to book spin-offs and tie-ins so I know I’m in for something good. I’m also a little Jealoosu of Golden. The dude gets to write fanfiction for a living. LOL.
The Wicked King
Author: Holly Black
The Cruel Prince gave me quite the slow-magic-burn and I couldn’t get enough. The chemistry between Jude and Cardan hit its peak right toward the end and now I need more.
In Every Generation
Author: Kendare Blake
Anybody who knows me knows I have two huge obsessions in the land of fandom. That’s Teen Wolf and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I had no idea this book was coming into existence and it’s just what I’ve always been hoping for. This book jumps into the next generation of the Scooby Gang with Willow’s daughter. Just thinking about this book has me squeeing.
The Second Summer of the Sisterhood
Author: Ann Brashares
This may have taken way too long to get to, but I’m so thrilled. This feel-good coming-of-age tale has been wonderful so far. With spring coming into full gear, this is the perfect time to get back to this series and complete it.
