Sundown Rundown – July

Hello, book addicts!

We’ve come to the end of July. The sun is golden and warm and setting on the horizon. The evening is warm and fireflies are peeking out. A beautiful summer night with luscious, creamy oranges, violets and darkening blues. My favorite time of day. And, it’s also typically when one gets to relax after a long, exhausting day. So, while you relaxing and reflecting (probably with a glass of wine), here’s what I tackled this month. So, take a light scroll and catch up on anything you might’ve missed.

Favorite Book of the Month: Last Breath had my pulse going and I just couldn’t put it down! Fast paced and one hell of an emotional ride. Definitely revamped the MV series, proving that the series really doesn’t get old or drawn out. The surprises keep coming and the growth is phenom.

Least Favorite Book of the Month: Heart of the Storm just felt like a candle that fizzled out. An unsatisfying ending to a decent trilogy with an intriguing plot-line. So much got lost in the story and hopes that I had just died on the pages and just didn’t sync. This was just a mess for me.

More to come soon…
