The Seven Deadly Sins Book Tag

Hey there, my devious book hoarders!

Halloween is growing closer! Can you feel it!? With the spooky holiday growing closer I thought I’d do a spooky book tag. I present to you, the Seven Deadly Sins book tag! I figured it was. A little different and nifty. So, let’s dive in!

Greed

Midnight Tease

A book series you’d give all your money away to have because, hey, who says bills are important. Pssht.

I happily threw my money away to LUX by Jennifer L. Armentrout and will be doing the same thing for her Origin series! With crazy twists and enticing dialogue, I’m hooked.

What book-world do you wish you could live in over real life, because sometimes (or all of the time) the real-world blows.

I live for a good apocalypse world because the life or death world seems adventurous and exciting and if I die at least it would be interesting. LOL. Hell, even a world with the supernatural would be exciting. Lately, I’ve been wondering what it would be like to live in a world with gods and Greek gods. That’s right, the universe of Percy Jackson. Granted, that could change tomorrow, but right now I’m curious about which god would be my parent.

Gluttony

If an author was a food, which one to do over-indulge in. You buy every single one of their books because they’re that good and you just can’t get enough.

I love Rachel Caine. She’s got this way of garnering my excitement with her stories. Always has. Now, I haven’t read all of her books. I’d really love to get started on her Weather Wardens and finish The Great Library series.

Wrath

A book that has made you rage.

There have been many books that have evoked some heavy raging out of me. One is definitely Devil’s Thief by Lisa Maxwell. Super obsessed with the book, but the villain has made me rage a few times! He’s a genius and cruel and devious.

Lust

A book that made you purr. While this is a popular book tag ask, let’s amp it up. This book you chose was wild and unexpected and shocking, but you just couldn’t get enough.

Paper Princess - amazon
Amazon

For me, Paper Princess by Erin Watt. The beginning knocked me on my butt and shocked me. A teenage girl, stripping to make it by in life discovers her biological father was super-rich. Getting shoved into the rich life has its twists and turns and this girl is about to discover that the life of the rich isn’t as glam as she thought, but is filled with dark secrets and unexpected turns.

Sloth

A book that took you forever to read.

Scarlet Reader - 13 Book Tag

This one is a winner! I am currently going on 6 years while reading The Stand by Stephen King. I began it back in 2013 during college and then just got stuck because life got in the way. However, I’ll be continuing it pretty soon.

Pride

About

A book you recommend to everyone and always gush about.

Children of Blood and Bone
Amazon

There are a lot of books I gush about. Most currently, I’ve really been gushing repeatedly about Children of Blood by Tomi Adeyemi because the next installment is coming out soon! This book was just phenomenal. It really swept me away into a beautiful and terrifying world of magic and I didn’t expect to love it as much as I did. It was incredible.

So, some of these are repeats from some tags you’ve seen from me before, but when the books are good they’re sinfully GOOD. You know? Of course you know! There are many new reads I’m getting knocked off my TBR that I can’t wait to talk about and gush next about in book tags.

Now for a bonus!

What’s your most deadly sin?

Me? Welp, I do get wrathful easily. Not proud of. And I’m a glutton for books. I know it. My mum knows it. Everybody knows it. I have no shame about that. LOL.

Since this tag was inspired by Halloween, I’m not tagging any humans this time and instead am just leaving it out there for everyone!

More to come soon…

  -K.
